1. Legal notice
AfterHours is a service operated by Gil Jacob Benittah — entrepreneur individuel (France), SIREN 539 147 298, 46 Boulevard Michelet, 13008 Marseille, France.
Contact: hello@afterhoursso.shop
Hosting: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA — vercel.com.
AfterHours is not affiliated with Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (Codex/ChatGPT) or any AI tool publisher. Names are mentioned for compatibility purposes only and belong to their respective owners.
2. Terms of Sale
Products: digital files (.md format) containing ready-to-install AI agent configurations, sold as a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable — French micro-enterprise regime, art. 293 B CGI).
Payment: processed securely by Stripe. AfterHours never sees or stores your card details.
Delivery: immediate after payment — a download button on the confirmation page and an email containing your file. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to hello@afterhoursso.shop.
Right of withdrawal: by completing the purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code).
7-day guarantee: independently of the above, we offer a voluntary money-back guarantee — if the file does not work for you, email hello@afterhoursso.shop within 7 days of purchase and you will be refunded in full.
Third-party AI tools: the file requires an AI tool you own separately (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cowork). Those tools, their subscriptions and costs are neither provided nor billed by AfterHours, and their evolution is outside our control.
License: your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license — install and use the file for your own needs (including professional), modify it for yourself. Reselling it, sharing it publicly, passing on the file or its delivery link, or including it in a competing offer is prohibited and ends the license.
Liability: AfterHours' liability is limited to the price paid. We are not responsible for actions taken by your agent on your machine, for costs charged by third-party providers, or for temporary unavailability of the site.
Proof: Stripe's records of the payment and our delivery logs constitute proof of the transaction. The payment button implies an obligation to pay.
Disputes and mediation: French law applies. Write first to hello@afterhoursso.shop. As a consumer you may use a consumer mediation scheme (details on request) or the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
3. Refund policy
Our products are digital files delivered immediately. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery and waive your withdrawal right (see Terms). No refund is therefore due on withdrawal grounds alone after delivery.
Always refunded: a technical error on our side (corrupted or inaccessible file we cannot fix), double payment, wrongful charge, or any legal obligation (digital content conformity warranty).
7-day guarantee: beyond those cases, if the file does not work for you, email hello@afterhoursso.shop within 7 days of purchase — full refund, no hassle.
Processing: refund to the original payment method within 14 days of acceptance.
4. Privacy policy
